Anxiety Anxiety is the feeling of unease such as fear or worry whether that is severe or mild. Everyone has a feeling of Anxiety at some points in their life however, the mental illness of this is more of a reoccurring thing so if you just get them for no reason etc.  Everyone feels this as I said but it is okay to be afraid at first everyone is you might not know what is wrong however for some people this feeling does not go away. So with this topic it will get a bit deep but I feel like this platform is for you to send me your problems and I could help you sort them hopefully! The feeling of unease is alright I quite feel like it at times and it feels like its taken over your body and mind but you have to do take control of your mind because you have to think about your health and your state of mind. Trust me it is hard but if you tell yourself you can, you can. From personal experience mine is mostly when I over think the thing I am over thinking. It sounds complicated

So for my last post of this topic I thought I would end with saying from this past month and these couple of posts you take away that you are you because you are one of a kind and if you go out there in the world you will never find someone like you.  You don't have to be someone else because a true friend and a true loyal person will love you for who you are and not for someone you are not. You could have people in your life that think they are better than everyone else but really they aren't! I have people like that in my life it just makes me laugh because I know that I am me for a reason and no one is going to change that. I had to learn the hard way that I am me and that took a whole lot of thought because I have not got an hourglass figure, I haven't got big boobs a big ass. However, it wouldn't suit my body because I have lived like this for 14 years and I love how I look so you do that same thing because you will benefit from me trust me! Als

Easy to miss signs 1. YOU APOLOGISE FOR LIVING If someone bumps into you on the street, do you apologise? People with low self-esteem often suffer from a faulty self-image. What to do instead:  When you hear yourself apologising, acknowledge that the apology is inappropriate and remind yourself that you did not do anything wrong. If you let yourself do otherwise there is a possible chance that you can't get it under control because low self esteem is always going to be there however you can block it away. 2. LUCK When something great happens to you, do you say you were just lucky or blessed or in the right place at the right time? Knowing Our self-esteem is how we value and perceive ourselves. If you have low self-esteem you may feel: like you  hate  or  dislike  yourself worthless  or  not good enough unable to make decisions or assert yourself like no one likes you you  blame  yourself for things that aren't your fault guilt  for spending time or money on yourself unable to recognise your strengths undeserving  of happiness low in  confidence . TIPS: If you hate or dislike yourself even for one minute do not carry on thinking it! Yes it may be hard but you are you for one reason because that is how you always think as if you let it get to you once it will always come back. If you are feeling worthless and not good enough think back to your moments in your life were you have succeeded. Self Esteem and Confidence Good and healthy self esteem.  Having a good and healthy self esteem is feeling good about yourself. Also, it is feeling like you are a worthwhile person. Love Yourself ! Hey Guys,                 I thought I would create this blog as I thought it would -hopefully- help many people. This blog is based on every mental issues, every thought of I am not good enough every doubt you have I will try and cover many things you have problems with and if you don't have it but you know someone with it how you can help them get through it. My schedule will be is I will start a new Topic (e.g Body Dis morphia) and then I will do a new blog post based on that every week during that one month.
